The purpose of my work is to create light and airy styled photos both posed and candid to capture your family in the here and now. Each session is thoughtfully curated to ensure a seamless experience- from locations, outfit recommendations and access to my client closet as well as ordering prints/artwork resulting in a wonderful experience with your children asking when they can have another session! My goal is to capture your family just as you are-your connections with each other, your in-between moments and the unique details of how you laugh and interact. Details that otherwise will become blurry in time.

About Me

I'm honored you are here! Hi- I'm Maria, a Connecticut family based, lifestyle and portrait photographer.

I'm a wife and a mama to a daughter and son .

Being a mother of two, I was obsessed with capturing all of their milestones and growth. I wanted to freeze time and create time stamps in the form of artwork to display throughout our home to perserve that moment of time. The sense of joy and pride of my family when I glance at that artwork created a passion within me to help bring this gift to other families.

I wanted to combine my many years of experience working with children in daycares, with my love for photography. Having this experience, I provide the sense of being able to connect with children to create a very fun experience!

Besides my passion for photography, I enjoy interior design, organization, cooking/baking, natural living, and a good walk by the beach.

Photography to me, is more than beautiful images - it's preserving legacy. I pride myself on the ability to make you look beautiful! Countless times I look back and wish I had that for myself so it is my priority for you to absolutely love your photos.
